Week# 10 of Honors College Experience

     On November 14,2017 The Honors College held our Pinning Ceremony in the Culp Ballroom. This event showcases our upcoming graduating class. At this celebration the graduates major, thesis title, future plans, and shared their most memorable times at ETSU.  Attending this event was inspiring for me to watch. I was please to hear one student graduating is in my specific field of study. I was happy for them to see all their hard work starting to pay off. They have very bright futures ahead of them. It also laid the inspiration needed to fulfil my passion of earning my B.B.A. and hopeful for my M.B.A. As this semester is coming to an end, I would have never thought that through this process I would have written a thesis proposal. I have a presentation on it due later this month. It was very daunting to undertake this feat. Week#7 Honors College Experience

On October 31, 2017 our class discussed the topic, "What do you value?" Through our debate about the areas of happiness, family, and wealth. I came to the conclusion that they all play a part in making one live a valuable life. Going into this discussion, I thought that one was more important than another. Our group had some very interesting points of view for the other. It came down to the fact that in order to have contentment, one must have a balance of all the topics. I can say that in my life, I have a good balance of wealth, friends, and happiness. I have been blessed with an array of people in my life that always gives me a clearer vision about the things that happen through one's life and just how those things can influence me for the positive. If you are not happy with where your life is headed, I encourage you to set back and examine these areas of your life and reflect on what you value. You might find that some things in your life have been given the wrong amo
